1. Terms and Conditions

Our products are physically available for sale:
- in shops worldwide.
- in online stores worldwide.

Purchases made at TEEHEE.EU are subject to the conditions of sale set out in this document and are regulated by dutch legislation regarding distance selling.
2. Prices, payments and security
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT for sales within the European Community.
These prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales to countries outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra are invoiced without VAT.
All taxes,tariffs,and customs duties are paid by the client according to statutory provisions. The amount of these taxes varies by country as stated in the invoice amount (in euros) and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment value.
The shipment of our orders is performed after receiving and confirming the payment.
The payment is by bank transfer to the ING bank.
In the proforma invoice, you will find all the information necessary to make the payment.
For first time orders, the total amount should be paid in advanced.
The bank transfer should include the following information:
1. Order number
2. Entity name
3. Recipient: Dolors Teixidor – Teehee

Teehee ships worlwide.
The transportation costs are calculated for every destination.
Standard Delivery Conditions:
- Deliveries do not include assembly service
- All deliveries are made to the street address. Our service do not include door to door deliveries.
- Alternatively, we offer the possibility of delivery to your door (on your floor) with a paid service. This service is paid fully to the carrier. Teehee does not benefit from this service.
- At the reception of furniture, please make sure all the pieces have arrived in good condition. If you detect any abnormalities, make a notation on the bill of delivery.
- In case of doubt or if you have not yet had time to examine the product carefully, note the following on the delivery note: “NEEDS TO BE EXAMINED” along with your signature. Thus, any mishaps that may arise will be solved much faster.
- Teehee can not be held responsible for damage caused during shipment if these instructions have not been respected by the client.
- By confirming these Conditions, the customer agrees to pay postage in case of returns for incomplete or incorrect addresses, as well as shipments not claimed on time.
- If a second shipment is necessary, costs will be charged to the account of the customer. Teehee will not be held responsible for the costs derived from second shipments.
In order to avoid any damage on the contents. do not puncture or cut the box open. Teehee will not be held responsible for any damages caused by improper unpacking.
4. Exchanges and returns
All our products are of the highest quality and pass comprehensive and rigorous controls. We comply with all laws in force in Europe and in many cases far exceed the quality requirements imposed by the rules.
Still, if you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your entire purchase, part or make an exchange (of size or model) within a period of ten (10) days after the date of receipt.
Please contact customer service first to arrange the return or exchange of goods.
Customer service will reply within 24/48 hours on working days.
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is a defective product.
Conditions for returns
1. Products must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
2. They must remain in the original packaging with the original product labels still in place.
Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions to proceed with the shipment of goods.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds of value of products will be made once the goods have arrived in our warehouse and will be made by card or transfer, depending on the payment method used for the original purchase.
In each order, Teehee has the right to cancel and proceed to a partial or total refund of the order.
Damaged or defective products
If you find any damage or defect in the product, please contact our customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of receipt, and send a description of the damage and photos attached.
Our customer service will examine the damage and propose tailored solutions that may include replacement of damaged material or a piece to substitute the damaged one.
In case of choice of refund, the customer will be asked to resend the damaged merchandise to the following address:

Management fees are charged in case of cancellation without valid reason.
